Speaker: Mel Rees

Mel is from south London and is married with three children.  He will give us a light-hearted look at life, families and parents who look set to outlive you!  This talk will reflect the pains of growing up, marrying and raising children.  They leave home but unfortunately not your wallet!

Mel has been writing for over 20 years. He has written four books under the pen-name of Anthony Mann.  One of these – “From Where l Sit” - was awarded W H Smith's Book of the Month. He also wrote a novel under his own name entitled“The Club” which became the Sunday Express Book of the Week. 

Door will be open at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start.

Due to an almost full membership and high attendance rates we are now restricted to 5 visitors per meeting. Please contact our Secretary Christine Dickinson (07709 553 927) to put your name on the door.
