Tracing London’s Lost Rivers

Speaker - Thomas Bolton

A secret network of underground rivers snakes beneath the capital.  Rediscovering them and following their courses transforms the way we see London.  Using the visual – and aural – clues hidden in the streetscape, we can burrow down through layers of London history to river level, revealing the city as it once was.

Door will be open at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start.

Due to an almost full membership and high attendance rates we are now restricted to 5 visitors per meeting. Please contact our Secretary Christine Dickinson (07709 553 927) to put your name on the door.

We urge all potential visitors to get in touch with us prior to attending a meeting. This way we can ensure we don't exceed our room capacity. Many thanks.
