Cooking the Italian Way

A tabletop demonstration by: Susan Hollings.

This demonstration covers the making of pasta with a stuffing of spinach and ricotta, tuna and tomato salad, spaghetti “the Italian way” and a previously prepared dessert. No cream is used in the recipes but plenty of Parmesan cheese.

Recipes for all the dishes will be available on the night.

Door will be open at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start.

Due to a full membership and high attendance rates we are now restricted to 6 visitors per meeting. Please contact our Secretary Christine Dickinson (07709 553 927) to put your name on the door.

We urge all potential visitors to get in touch with us prior to attending a meeting. This way we can ensure we don't exceed our room capacity. Many thanks.
